Natalie Gomez, a senior distance runner, has put herself at the top. In her performance at the Texas Relays, she ran a 5:04.10 1600m which places her as the 1 all-time girl miler at Socorro HS. Her impressive time ranks in the top ten for EP in the all-time list of girls in the 1600m. Her outstanding season has also opened up some great college opportunities.
